Information Rights Management (IRM) Service Delivery Lead

* Serve as enterprise SME for IRM within Caterpillar* Work with internal process partners to ensure Caterpillar’s enterprise IRM solutions are technically optimized and function as intended.* Collaborate with internal Caterpillar process partners to implement new IRM related use cases.* Work with Cybersecurity leadership to optimize the value Caterpillar is receiving from its IRM related investments.* Partner with team members to improve Caterpillar’s security posture and provide mentoring to junior team members.* Build and evaluate IRM policies within Microsoft Purview Information Protection (MPIP / MIP).* Perform use case testing with DRM/IRM (Digital Rights Management / Information Rights Management) solutions.* Perform case migrations between DRM/IRM solutions.* Direct experience deploying/supporting MIP.* Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.* A high degree of initiative and accountability.* A willingness to continuously learn and improve one’s skills and abilities.* A respect for organizational change processes and communication.* PowerShell, Graph API, or REST APIs for policy deployment and reporting* Experience configuring/supporting Fortra Vera* Familiarity with compliance frameworks like GDPR, HIPAA, CMMC* Cyber security or other relevant certifications* The primary location for this position is Irving, TX, Peoria, IL or Nashville, TN.* Domestic relocation assistance is available for those who qualify.* Sponsorship is **NOT** available.* This role requires 5 days onsite.* Our goal at Caterpillar is for you to have a rewarding career.
