We are seeking a highly skilled, proactive, and insightful
Executive Assistant
to support senior leadership in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment. The individual in this position is expected to be a strategic partner who will go beyond traditional administrative duties to enhance team efficiency, help achieve goals and objectives, drive operational excellence, and foster a collaborative culture. The ideal candidate is a tech‑savvy professional with exceptional organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
Job Requirements
In office support; not remote
Executive Support & Schedule Management
Manage complex calendars, prioritize meetings, and ensure optimal time utilization.
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and logistics.
Prepare briefing materials and agendas for meetings and events.
Project & Operations Management
Assist in planning and tracking strategic initiatives and cross‑functional projects.
Monitor progress, follow up on action items, and ensure timely execution.
Support light financial operations such as expense tracking, budget coordination, and invoice processing.
Communication & Coordination
Serve as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
Draft, edit, and manage correspondence, presentations, and reports.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Compile and analyze data to support decision‑making and strategic planning.
Create dashboards, summaries, and visualizations using Excel and other tools.
Technology & Productivity Tools
Leverage Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams) to streamline workflows.
Utilize collaboration platforms and project management tools to enhance team productivity.
What your background should look like
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity software.
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
High level of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar strategic support role a plus.
Some knowledge of either Finance, Banking, or Accounting a plus.
High school diploma required
