Overview
Our client is seeking an accomplished
Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
to lead a comprehensive finance modernization and organizational upgrade initiative. This role will partner closely with executive leadership to elevate the finance function, implement process and system improvements, and mentor a newly hired Controller to ensure continuity and long-term sustainability.
The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in
change management ,
digital finance transformation , and
hands‑on leadership
in fast‑paced or private‑equity‑backed environments.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Finance Transformation:
Lead a full‑scale assessment and upgrade of the finance organization, focusing on scalability, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
Oversee Digital Modernization:
Evaluate and implement technology‑enabled improvements (ERP, FP&A, dashboards, automation tools) to modernize accounting and reporting capabilities.
Develop and execute a structured roadmap to align finance processes, systems, and talent with organizational growth objectives.
Coach and mentor the newly hired Controller, closing discipline, and financial controls.
Strategic Finance Oversight:
Guide budgeting, forecasting, and cash management activities, providing visibility and insights to the CEO and Board.
Qualifications Proven leadership experience driving finance transformation and digital finance initiatives in complex, privately‑equity‑backed environments. Demonstrated ability to manage cross‑functional teams, implement process improvements, and deliver strategic financial insights to senior leadership.
