Responsibilities
5-10+ years of CNC programming experience with 5-axis mills, 3-axis mills, and lathes (Mastercam experience is mandatory)
Program all new parts using Mastercam with a focus on precision and efficiency
Set up and lead the machining of complex aerospace components with tight tolerances
Extensive experience in metal forming and milling, with a strong background in metal manufacturing processes.
Manage daily machine shop operations and lead a team of machinists
Collaborate with engineering teams on CAM programming and design adjustments
Ensure quality control using precision measuring tools like calipers and micrometers
Oversee equipment maintenance and implement safety and workflow improvements
Train and mentor team members on machining techniques, tooling, and safety protocols
Salary & Benefits Salary:
$85,000 - $115,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
