Senior Estimator with experience in Native American projects
to join their growing Arizona operations. Responsibilities
The Senior Estimator will lead the preconstruction process on complex projects, with an emphasis on Native American, healthcare, municipal, and industrial work. This role includes preparing detailed estimates, managing bid strategies, collaborating with owners and design partners, and mentoring junior estimators. Qualifications
8+ years of commercial estimating experience, with proven Native American project experience Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and market pricing Ability to lead preconstruction efforts from conceptual through final GMP Proficiency with estimating and project management software Excellent communication, client-facing, and leadership skills Benefits & Compensation
