Position Details Rutherford Regional Health System, a Duke Lifepoint Hospital is growing with the addition of a hospital employed, full-time BC/BE General Surgeon to strengthen our established team at Rutherford Surgical Associates.
Requirements
bread and butter general surgery, endoscopic procedure and laparoscopic procedures
Current medical staff is composed of Cardiology, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Family Medicine, Behavioral Health, OB/GYN, Pediatrics
Rural community hospital - 1.5hrs from Charlotte and 1hr from Asheville
Seeking 4th General Surgeon
Average 10-20 patients/day
Schedule and call:
Clinic Monday- Friday 8 am-5 pm
OR in the morning followed by clinic
Shared Call
Clinic EMR- Athena, Hospital EMR- Meditech
