full-time OB/GYN
to join our premier affiliate practice located in

About the Practice M. DelCharco Jr., MD, LLC
is a top-rated OB/GYN practice and proud member of the Florida Woman’s Care family. Led by Dr. DelCharco, our team is committed to delivering advanced, comprehensive gynecologic, urogynecologic, and obstetric care throughout the greater Ocala area. We offer state-of-the-art in-office surgical procedures including:
Endometrial ablation
Dilation and curettage (D&C)
Hysteroscopy
Position Highlights
Little to No call requirements
Four-and-a-half-day workweek
(Monday–Thursday full days, Friday half day)
Average 20–25 patients per day
Partnership opportunity after three years
Robotic surgery available at affiliated hospitals
Supported by a
fully licensed medical team , including two physicians and dedicated support staff
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive compensation package
$60,000 sign-on bonus

Candidate Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
Current unrestricted Florida medical license (or ability to obtain)
Current unrestricted DEA license (or ability to obtain)
