Responsibilities
Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions Manage listings from consultation through closing with accuracy and professionalism Build and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up Conduct market analysis and pricing strategies to support client goals Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive environment Leverage company systems and tools to manage leads and grow production Attend training, coaching, and development sessions to stay current in the market Uphold compliance standards and maintain integrity in all business dealings
Qualifications
Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead a successful real estate team Unparalleled communication and customer service skills Active California Real Estate Broker License is required, or the ability to obtain one Real estate license required minimum Minimum of 3 years of residential real estate experience preferred Strong knowledge of local market trends and contract procedures Excellent communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated with a consistent work ethic and commitment to growth Comfortable using CRM and transaction management software Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment Professional demeanor with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Compensation
$150,000 at plan commissions
