# Brand Manager Ice Cream Innovation###### Share this job opportunityAs a Brand Manager Ice Cream Innovation in Ferrero’s Ice Cream Division, you will contribute to shaping the future of our ice cream portfolio by identifying growth opportunities, translating consumer and market insights into actionable innovation projects, and supporting cross-functional teams throughout the product development journey. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across marketing, R&D, sales, and supply chain, as well as external partners and production sites, to bring exciting new ice cream experiences to market.Thanks to your background in Marketing, Economics, or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience, ideally in ice cream or a related FMCG field you’ll be ready to support innovation projects with a solid grasp of category dynamics. Your understanding of P&L and business drivers will help guide sound, insight-based decisions.The ability to gather data from a range of sources and communicate your findings through strong presentation is key. Your organized and detail-focused approach will support smooth project execution, even in fast-moving settings.With a consumer-centric mindset and a passion for innovation, you’ll contribute actively to product development. Fluent English is important for this role, and any additional language is appreciated (ideally Italian).
