We are hiring an

Event Sales Manager

to lead and grow on‑premise and off‑premise events revenue across all locations. This role will be responsible for overseeing all event inquiries, developing client relationships, and driving sales growth. The Event Sales Manager will work closely with senior management, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless planning and execution of events while meeting revenue goals. Qualified candidates will have

at least five years of relevant sales and event management experience

and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Specific duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Own the

event sales pipeline —respond to leads, convert inquiries to bookings, and exceed revenue goals. Manage event sales focused on group dining, cocktail receptions, corporate events, and private parties. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business. Provide leadership in the use of

Tripleseat

and other event management software, including templates, contracts, and reporting. Create and manage BEOs, floor plans, diagrams, and client agreements. Lead site tours and client presentations. Partner with operations teams to ensure flawless event execution. Generate and review weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance reports. Collaborate with PR and Marketing teams to promote events through social media, flyers, and third‑party listings. Support corporate partnerships, press events, and sponsorship opportunities. Manage communication and coordination across multiple venues and managers. Oversee payment collection, invoicing, and reporting through POS systems. Maintain customer service standards by responding to reviews and client feedback promptly. Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of

event sales and management experience

in hospitality, restaurants, or event venues. Proven track record of

exceeding event revenue goals . Deep knowledge of

Tripleseat, OpenTable, Resy, Toast , or similar event/restaurant systems. Excellent leadership, client relations, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail. Knowledge of food, beverage, wine, and hospitality service standards. Highly organized, adaptable, and self‑motivated. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require. Benefits
