At MJH Life Sciences, our **Event Managers** are the creative and logistical force behind dynamic, high-impact in-person experiences. From multi-day conferences to targeted activations, you’ll own the planning, coordination, and execution of events that deliver real value — for attendees, sponsors, and internal stakeholders alike. **Own the experience:** Manage end-to-end logistics for conferences and in-person events — from early planning to on-site execution and post-event follow-up. **Negotiate with purpose:** Secure quality vendors at cost-effective rates, ensuring every contract aligns with event goals, budget, and timelines. **Delight with detail:** Work with catering vendors to select thoughtful, inclusive menus that accommodate dietary needs and budget goals. **Stay on track:** Use Workfront to manage event timelines and tasks, keeping stakeholders informed with regular status updates. Bachelor’s degree required. **Experience:**
3+ years of experience planning and executing in-person events, conferences, or meetings.
Experience managing AV, venue selection, vendor negotiations, and on-site logistics preferred. **Physical requirements and work environment:** Hybrid role based in **Cranbury, NJ** **Special Skills:** Attention to detail and problem-solving ability Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe PDF, Zoom/Microsoft TeamsExperience with Workfront or other project/event management tools is a plus **Compensation Range**:
$65,000 – $75,000 per year, depending on qualifications. Eligible for annual company bonus program or commission incentive based on role.
