Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer with over 5 years of experience to design and develop AI-driven solutions that enhance customer experiences, particularly in troubleshooting internet and related product issues. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Python programming, and API integration. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to improve customer support and troubleshooting experiences. Build and optimize AI models, including LLMs, to automate and enhance customer interactions. Integrate machine learning models with APIs to support scalable and efficient deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Continuously monitor and improve model performance and accuracy. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML, particularly in the area of LLMs. Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering. Proven expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application in real-world scenarios. Strong programming skills in Python. Experience with API development and integration. Solid understanding of machine learning workflows, model training, evaluation, and deployment. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications

Experience in building AI solutions for customer support or troubleshooting systems. Familiarity with cloud platforms and ML deployment pipelines.
