R014586Netsmart is seeking a strategic and data-driven Solution Strategist / Product Manager to lead the evolution of our HealthPivots analytics platform—a market intelligence solution designed to help post-acute providers grow referrals, strengthen hospital and physician partnerships, and make smarter, data-informed decisions.

This role bridges product strategy, data analytics, and client collaboration. You’ll translate complex healthcare and claims data into intuitive, actionable insights for end users—turning what today may be raw spreadsheets into dynamic, consumable products that tell a clear business story. Acting as the connection between engineering, sales, and client stakeholders, you’ll gather requirements, define workflows, and shape the roadmap for scalable analytics solutions that empower providers to expand their market presence.

The ideal candidate is passionate about data usability and visualization, can communicate fluently across business and technical teams, and thrives in an environment where innovation, clarity, and client empathy drive every decision. You’ll collaborate closely with a small, agile team of engineering, sales, support, and client Success leads while engaging with Netsmart’s broader product organization to align HealthPivots’ development and go-to-market strategies with company objectives.**Responsibilities*** Incorporate requirements for current and future solution development by conducting internal and external stakeholder, client, competitive analysis and market research.* Conceptualize, prioritize, and write succinct requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for one or more of our solutions.* Communicate solution strategy, plans and roadmaps to key stakeholders utilizing solution management tools and processes* Work closely with Engineering to manage solution roadmap and scope through detailed requirements and prototypes in a timely and cost-effective manner based upon a detailed understanding of needs, requirements and resources.* Collaborate with Support, Sales, and Marketing in development of go-to-market and demand generation strategies including feature descriptions, sales demos, solution training and new release content.* Promote innovation and differentiation from competition by collecting quantitative solution data(utilization analytics and user engagement tools)and metrics through market research or competitive analysis.**Qualifications*** Bachelor's degree in health care administration, business administration, information systems or project management or related field.* At least 3 years of healthcare software consulting, information technology or solution functionality equivalent work experience.* At least 2 years of software related project experience* Results-driven with great communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams* Experience with software features and functions through reading and applying or writing requirements.* Experience managing communication and relationships with clients* Ability to research, analyze and prioritize functionality and requirements.Prefered* Experience working with products in the Post-Acute market* Experienced working with Data Analytics and converting data into a consumable format for non-technical users.Netsmart is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer, providing equal employment and advancement opportunities to all individuals.
