Role Overview We are seeking a hands-on
Communications Manager
to own and standardize all communication touchpoints across our ventures—InsuranceMarket.ae, CreditMarket.ae, HolidayMarket.ae, and InvestmentMarket.ae.
This role will ensure clarity, consistency, and impact across all customer interactions, balancing business intent with customer expectations. The Communications Manager will evaluate every piece of communication through a customer-first lens, while aligning with SEO best practices, performance marketing objectives, and brand guidelines.
The role is strategic as well as execution-driven, requiring strong language command, content evaluation skills, and AI-powered communication tools expertise.
Key Responsibilities Customer-Centric Communication
Approach every communication from the customer’s perspective, ensuring clarity, empathy, and value in messaging.
Balance business intent with customer needs, ensuring communications are persuasive yet customer-friendly.
Refine tone and message across customer journeys, product flows, acquisition campaigns, and retention programs.
Content Quality & Standardization
Own the tone of voice, brand language, and communication standards across all touchpoints.
Evaluate ad copy, landing pages, websites, customer journeys, email/SMS/push campaigns, and PR assets.
Create content playbooks and templates to maintain brand consistency at scale.
SEO & Performance-Driven Content
Ensure all messaging is aligned with SEO strategy while maintaining readability and customer relevance.
Collaborate with the Organic & Content Specialist to optimize communication for SERPs, AI-driven search, and conversions.
Craft compelling ad copy and headlines designed to improve CTR, CVR, and engagement.
Campaign & Journey Alignment
Ensure omnichannel consistency for acquisition, engagement, and retention communications.
Partner with Paid Media and Analytics teams to test variations and optimize for conversions without losing customer trust.
AI & Martech Integration
Use tools like Bird, Brevo, Postmark, Webengage, ClickUp to orchestrate communication workflows and campaign delivery.
Leverage AI tools for personalization, speed, and scalability.
Automate recurring communications while preserving human tone and customer focus.
Liaise heavily with Product and UX teams to refine copy for UI/UX flows, forms, CTAs, and microcopy.
Work with Paid Media, SEO, and MarTech specialists to ensure communication aligns with performance objectives.
Technical & Functional Skills Required
Language & Copywriting: Expert command of English writing and editing with ability to switch tones per audience.
SEO Content Optimization: Strong knowledge of keyword placement, metadata optimization, and intent-driven writing.
MarTech Tools: Hands-on with Bird, Brevo, Postmark, ClickUp and familiar with CMS tools (WordPress, HubSpot).
AI Tools for Communications: ChatGPT, Jasper, Grammarly AI, SurferSEO, Clearscope.
Analytics: Familiarity with GA4, Looker Studio, and campaign reporting dashboards to measure content performance.
Branding Knowledge: Experience in maintaining brand voice consistency across large-scale, multi-channel businesses.
Soft Skills
