Senior Wealth Advisor - Role We are seeking an exceptional candidate to join our Wealth Management as a
Senior
Wealth Advisor . Wealth Advisors provide comprehensive support to our high-net-worth client relationships by working closely with Regional Lead Wealth Advisors (RLWA) so that we can be a client’s ‘First Call’ whenever that client contemplates anything that may impact his or her financial life now or in the future. The Wealth Advisor will serve as the lead advisor for some relationships. A successful candidate will be entrepreneurial, able to operate independently and collaboratively, and must be comfortable driving relationships and projects with little initial direction. Year 1 approximate breakdown 60% fully own relationships, 40% support Regional Lead Wealth Advisor.
Responsibilities Proactive management of the client relationship. Remain accountable for providing excellent service to the client and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction Help clients leverage eMoney including organization of balance sheet, cash flow, estate plans and various planning scenarios, as necessary Coordinate with the client steward and tax preparation team to deliver a One Aprio Client experience Generate direct introductions to firm clients Drive business results by acquiring new assets from existing and new clients Build and maintain long term relationships with clients, prospects, and COIs Have a proficient understanding of Aprio’s investment program and market outlook Stay up to date on markets and planning related rules and regulations that may impact our client base Lead preparation for and attend client meetings. Take notes and ensure follow up is completed Review quarterly performance reports for clients before posted to client portal. Identify and resolve issues Coordinate with the Client Service Associate to ensure tasks are requests are handled, including new investments, redemptions and cash flows Review client portfolios and assist in the development and presentation of investment recommendations to clients. Document in Salesforce and verify changes are implemented Document client notes and activities in Salesforce Support RWLA delivering above tasks on shared clients
Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree Required 5+ years of experience in financial services; 3+ in wealth management directly serving clients 5+ years sales experience CFP/CFA and/or advanced degree a plus Series 65 license required; unlicensed candidates required to obtain the license within 90 days of employment Coachable with the ability to work in a team environment or independently when necessary Trained on industry basics of financial planning, asset allocation and investments; continues to expand their industry knowledge base Must be able to perform successfully in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment and enhance the business in keeping with Aprio’s values and culture as represented by the Aprio Fundamentals Ability to grow with the company and possesses the mindset to adapt with change Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and engaged listening Excellent time management skills including multi-tasking and prioritizing responsibilities Exceptional problem-solving capabilities in an entrepreneurial environment Demonstrates professional maturity and sound judgment Fits into high performance culture with accountability and high client centricity> Why work for Aprio Whether you are just starting out, looking to advance into management or searching for your next leadership role, Aprio offers an opportunity to grow with a future-focused, innovative firm.
