Overview

Temporary Employee is needed to audit service readiness data, inspect automation, design operational reports, and help manage country-level workback plans. This systematic work will free up service readiness managers to prioritize technical projects that de-risk service launch. Because the service readiness program serves as the source of truth for readiness at Kuiper, this data management and inspection is required to align stakeholders, build confidence in our plans, and it helps with proactive discovery of new risks that report through our Smartsheet tool. We presently manage 130 Smartsheet dashboards with country-specific workback plans, service-line specific dashboards that centralizes for their view, and there is automation for approximately 50% of milestone owners across these dashboards. We need to continue with the automation effort to focus resources on driving down service risk.

Responsibilities

• Audit service readiness data, inspect automation, design operational reports, and help manage country-level workback plans.
• Free up service readiness managers to prioritize technical projects that de-risk service launch.
• Align stakeholders, build confidence in plans, and identify new risks reported through Smartsheet.
• Support management of 130 Smartsheet dashboards with country-specific workback plans and service-line dashboards; continue automation across dashboards.
