GOLETA Costco Sales Rep needed!! Starts at $24/hr + DAILY BONUS. Join Direct Demo to apply for this role.

Responsibilities

• Approach and interact with Costco members to promote various brands provided by suppliers.
• Present yourself and the company competently and professionally while at Costco.
• Provide excellent customer service to Costco members on behalf of Direct Demo.
• Demonstrate the features, benefits, and value of products sold (e.g., NEW Super Greens, Liquid Collagen, CoQ10, Turmeric, and other nutritional supplements).
• Representatives will be trained to encourage sales through demonstrations and promotions.
• Work to achieve sales quotas and contribute to overall team goals.
• Maintain the ability to lift up to 30 pounds and to set up/tear down demo materials (e.g., carrying a 4 ft folding table and demonstration supplies).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work independently as the primary team member per location.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality with the ability to approach and talk to customers.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Experience with direct sales.
• Email and basic computer/mobile device skills.

Compensation & Schedule

Available Demo Days/Hours: 10am-5:30pm — weekends are the best days for commission.

Compensation: Starting at $24 per hour + bonus based on surpassing sales quotas. W-2 employment. Promotional kit provided and bi-weekly paycheck via direct deposit.

Bonus payout considerations include products such as Colostrum, Super Greens, Liquid Collagen, CoQ10, Turmeric, and Magnesium Gummies. Shifts are 10am–5:30pm; credit is given for entire day’s sales during scheduled shifts.
