MAHLE GmbH is hiring: Senior Recruiter in Murfreesboro

MAHLE is seeking a Senior Recruiter to report to the Head of Human Resources - Murfreesboro. The successful candidate will be responsible for internal/external recruiting and helping to ensure the right people are placed in the right positions to support the business.

This role is responsible for:

• Overall responsibility for cradle to grave recruiting and reporting activities.
• Supporting the achievement of the manpower plan by hiring the best quality candidates and implementing appropriate recruiting, screening, and selection methods.
• Partnering with Managers and Supervisors to develop and execute a recruiting strategy for positions at all levels in the organization.
• Developing partnerships with local high schools, trade schools, and universities to promote education and awareness about MAHLE and potential career opportunities.
• Using Advertising and Marketing to develop and manage a strong media presence.
• Working with managers to ensure a training plan is devised and properly documented for all new hires.
• Responsible for new hire onboarding and scheduling new hire orientation.
• Managing headcount reporting, termination process, and organizational chart and headcount management.
• Facilitating Internal Transfers and ensuring compliance with all related TISAX, IATF, and ISO-14001 policies and procedures.

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience is needed, with previous experience recruiting technical positions strongly preferred.
• Must have excellent planning, organizational, and facilitation skills, in addition to strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and successfully meet deliverables is a must.
• Solid time management and prioritization skills are required.
• Ability to work well independently and collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team is required.
• Demonstrated past record of sound decision making is required.
• Advanced MS Office computer skills, including social networking, are also required.
• Must have a broad, basic understanding of Federal and State employment laws.
