About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Sr. Recruiter to join our People Team. You will lead full-cycle recruiting for key positions across our US team, partnering with hiring managers to drive talent strategies and bring best-in-class talent to Nanit. The ideal candidate has experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles at all levels and is focused on delivering a delightful candidate experience. This role reports to our Senior Director of Global HR in the US.
What You\'ll Be Doing
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for junior-to-mid and senior level roles across multiple functions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, develop job descriptions, and define candidate profiles
- Source, screen, and assess candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
- Lead interview process, provide insights to hiring managers, and facilitate hiring decisions
- Partner with the People Team and leadership to create and implement best-in-class talent acquisition strategies
- Maintain recruitment metrics and reports, providing insights to improve hiring processes
- Represent the company positively to candidates, ensuring a high-quality and engaging candidate experience
Who You Are
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth environment; B2C, CPG, or SaaS experience is preferred
- Demonstrated success sourcing and hiring top talent across multiple functions, including senior management roles
- Proven track record of consistently hitting internal hiring goals while improving candidate quality
- Expertise in ATS systems, preferably Greenhouse
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiting and AI-powered sourcing tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging hiring managers and executive leadership
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple roles and priorities
Location and Compensation
This is a hybrid role that requires prospective candidates to be in our NYC HQ 3 days per week. We will consider highly qualified remote candidates.
Salary and Benefits
Salary Range: $120,000 - $130,000 + equity and benefits. The base pay is part of Nanit\'s total compensation package, which may include healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, disability coverage, and basic life insurance. Final pay will reflect location, experience, and other job-related factors.
