What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for junior-to-mid and senior-level roles across multiple functions
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop job descriptions
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn and referrals
  • Lead interview processes, providing insights and facilitating hiring decisions
  • Maintain recruitment metrics and reports to enhance hiring processes

What is Required (Qualifications)

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth environment, B2C CPG, or SaaS companies
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring top talent across multiple functions, including senior management roles
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting internal hiring goals while improving candidate quality
  • Expertise in ATS systems, preferably Greenhouse
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage hiring managers and executive leadership

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiting and AI-Powered sourcing tools
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities
