What Will You Do?

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for professional positions from office hourly to Director level roles.
• Develop and execute search strategies to attract top-tier professional talent.
• Partner with hiring leaders to define position requirements and candidate profiles.
• Source talent through existing channels and creatively implement new methods both locally and nationally.
• Manage multiple priorities to meet business demands.
• Build a talent bench by sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and the executive team.
• Provide high-level reporting to meet KPIs and performance metrics.
• Leverage technology to build and manage talent pools, maintaining ongoing communication with prospects.
• Identify and communicate attractive attributes of the position and company culture to candidates.
• Influence candidates to apply and ensure a qualified candidate slate is prepared for openings.
• Ensure candidates receive exceptional treatment throughout the process, fostering positive perceptions of Ashley.
• Pre-screen candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate the interview process.
• Conduct intake calls, manage offers, negotiate salaries, and coordinate onboarding activities.
• Request pre-employment testing, conduct background checks, and verify references.
• Create offers, obtain approvals, and negotiate employment terms.
• Use metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement and ensure process stability.
• Implement tracking systems to measure recruitment ROI.
• Assist in developing and updating recruiting policies to ensure compliance and organizational effectiveness.
• Stay informed on labor market trends to advise stakeholders effectively.
• Demonstrate the company's core and growth values in all activities.

What Do You Need?

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of recruiting experience supporting professional roles, including IT, eCommerce, Marketing, up to Director level.
• Proficiency with ATS and recruiting software.
• Experience with LinkedIn sourcing and full-cycle recruitment.
• Visa-H1B1 experience is preferred.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• A positive, proactive attitude.
