Drive Talent. Build Teams. Elevate Care. We are seeking a Sales Recruiter to join our high-performing Talent Acquisition team. This role plays a critical part in the success of our hospice division by leading the front-end of the full-cycle recruitment process. You will own all recruiting activities within your assigned territory, managing 10–18 openings and building strong partnerships with hiring leaders to deliver top sales talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for 10–18 sales openings within an assigned region.
  • Lead intake calls with hiring managers to align on role expectations and interview strategy.
  • Create and execute strategic sourcing campaigns, including cold calling, text/email blasts, database mining, direct mail, and networking.
  • Screen and interview candidates, documenting insights in the ATS and submitting qualified applicants for review.
  • Coordinate interviews, deliver candidate feedback, and partner on offer negotiations.
  • Provide weekly recruitment updates to hiring managers and regional leaders.
  • Collaborate with hiring teams to forecast staffing needs and improve recruitment effectiveness.
  • Maintain applicant tracking and compliance documentation in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

About You

Specialized Knowledge & Skills:

  • Proven experience reviewing resumes and executing high-volume sourcing strategies.
  • Strong decision-making skills and ability to prioritize multiple requisitions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and recruiting tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Deep understanding of candidate experience, employment law, and recruitment compliance.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within sales or healthcare.
  • Demonstrated success in a metrics-driven recruiting environment.
  • Experience with Boolean search techniques and platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and CRM/texting tools.
  • Strong ability to engage with and influence senior leadership.
