Opportunity Overview

LSA is looking for American Sign Language Interpreters for a client in the Houston, TX area. LSA network interpreters are independently contracted and can negotiate competitive fees based on experience, credentials, and market factors.

Interpreters in the LSA network can accept or decline assignments based on their schedule. They are provided with access to a web-based invoicing platform and 24-hour support for assignments and inquiries.

Location: Must be in or near Houston, TX, or able to travel there.

Role Requirements:

• Associate or Bachelor degree
• RID certification
• State’s QA equivalent certification
• Proof of License or Registration
• Fluency in English and American Sign Language
• Knowledge of and adherence to interpreting ethics
• Experience in medical and/or mental health settings
