Concierge Security Officer – Console Lobby
GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer for console lobby locations in diverse environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

- Full‑time schedule (40 hours): Saturday – Wednesday 6 am – 2 pm or Saturday & Sunday 10 pm – 6 am / Tuesday & Wednesday 6 pm – 6 am

Responsibilities
- Customer service duties: welcome, verify identity, guide visitors
- Manage access control
- Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
- Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
- Respond to incidents, provide first aid, coordinate with emergency teams
- Answer questions in person or by phone
- Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Successful completion of an extensive screening process
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Basic phone and computer skills
- Security, military, law enforcement experience – even better!
- State license if required
