Concierge Security Officer – Console Lobby

GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer for console lobby locations in diverse environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

• Full‑time schedule (40 hours): Saturday – Wednesday 6 am – 2 pm or Saturday & Sunday 10 pm – 6 am / Tuesday & Wednesday 6 pm – 6 am

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties: welcome, verify identity, guide visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Successful completion of an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Basic phone and computer skills
• Security, military, law enforcement experience – even better!
• State license if required
