This company is developing a cutting-edge, cloud-based self-monitoring system designed to integrate directly with industrial machinery. Their technology intelligently detects faults and operational errors in real-time—eliminating the need for continuous human supervision and significantly improving operational efficiency. They are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Software Engineer to join their growing team. In this role, you'll be working primarily with Python, alongside some Golang and TypeScript. This is a hybrid position requiring 3–4 days onsite per week at their Downtown Atlanta office. The ideal candidate embraces a startup mindset—someone who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments, takes initiative, and values both autonomy and innovation. Required Skills and Experience? 4+ years of professional experience as a Python Developer with strong expertise in backend development. Solid understanding of SQL and experience working with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Desired Skills and Experience Prior experience working in a marketing or customer-focused analytics environment is advantageous. In-depth understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
