General GI opportunity on the Southern Jersey Shore not far from Philadelphia. One of the largest multi-specialty group GI practices with 60+ locations in NJ and NY is seeking gastroenterologists for a premier practice in Southern New Jersey.

Location highlights: Egg Harbor Township (Somers Point), Cape May, and Manahawkin in Atlantic and Ocean Counties, minutes from Cape May and a short ride to Philadelphia. Affiliated with 5 hospitals within the Atlantic Care Healthcare System. 6 NPs work both inpatient and outpatient. Call schedule: 1:8. Type: Full-time. Education: MD/DO. Number of openings: 1. City: Somers Point, New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Practice general gastroenterology within a large, multi-specialty group.
• Collaborate with an 8-physician team across 4 practice locations.
• Provide inpatient and outpatient GI care in affiliated hospitals within the Atlantic Care Healthcare System.
• Participate in call coverage as scheduled (1:8).

Qualifications

• MD or DO, board-certified or board eligible in Gastroenterology.
• Experience in general GI; strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, including advanced practice providers.
