Overview Executive Assistant, Kuiper Production Operations, Kuiper – Amazon Project Kuiper is Amazon’s low Earth orbit satellite broadband network. Its mission is to deliver fast, reliable internet to customers and communities around the world. Responsibilities Proactive coordination and engagement with leadership in planning and organizing events, activities, and business cycle calendars Management of complex calendar and scheduling requirements End-to-end management of security requirements for internal and external visitors Tracking and helping drive completion of key deliverables and following up on action items Act as a liaison for direct reports Drive key team activity logistics such as staff meeting agendas, off-sites, and all-org meetings Space planning oversight; management of supporting EA/space administrator Travel coordination and expense reimbursement Management of special projects as needed Have fun at work and help others do the same Export Control Requirement Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
