Summary The Production Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production workflows, high-quality output, and adherence to safety standards. This role is pivotal in driving continuous improvement, managing cross-functional teams, and meeting production goals in alignment with strategic objectives. Responsibilities Lead and manage production teams across multiple shifts to meet daily, weekly, and monthly output targets Develop and implement production schedules, resource plans, and workflow optimization strategies Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to resolve production issues and improve processes Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to build a high-performance culture Manage inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure material availability Support new product introductions and process validations Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred) 5+ years of experience in production management, preferably in a regulated or technical manufacturing environment MUST come from Industrial, welding, metal fabrication experience MUST have strong Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and 5S/5 WHY experience Experience with A3 Methodology Proven track record of implementing lean principles and driving operational excellence Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Experience with ERP systems and production planning tools Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage change effectively Six Sigma Green Belt or higher strongly preferred Base pay range $115,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr Our client is seeking a Manufacturing Manager (Production Manager) overseeing manufacturing operations.
