This role supports recruiting future beauty professionals and contributing to the mission of educating the next generation in cosmetology and esthetics.

Responsibilities

• Engage with the CRM system to manage and nurture leads.
• Present materials for presentations and networking events.
• Connect with prospective students through calls, emails, and social media; build meaningful relationships.
• Participate in campus tours and conduct screening interviews.
• Collaborate with the Financial Aid Team to explore funding options.
• Utilize diverse online channels to attract applicants and ensure application paperwork is completed smoothly.
• Inspire and guide applicants toward pursuing careers in the beauty industry.

Qualifications

• Proven sales ability through a consultative and mentoring approach.
• Over 2 years of experience in high-volume e-level admissions.
• Proactive, positive, and motivated to promote the school's offerings.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• At least 2 years of experience in business-to-consumer sales is preferred.
