Position Title: Student Recruiting Assistant - Men's Cross Country

Department: Athletic Training

Division: Student Affairs and Athletics

Supervisor: Matthew Sinnott

Supervisor Title: Interim Head Men's Cross Country Coach

Description of Job Duties

• Phone calling prospective student-athletes from our database and as assigned by coaching staff.
• Provide information and advice about North Central College generally and specifically information about NCC's Cross Country and Track & Field teams.
• Assist with other projects and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• Must be enrolled as a North Central College student.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Dynamic personality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Understanding and Knowledge of Cross Country events.

Approximate number of work hours per week: 5
