Adecco is immediately hiring for Manufacturing Technicians for a company in Nampa, ID! Join a forward-thinking team revolutionizing modular construction and automation. This role involves building multi-family, multi-story apartments in a controlled indoor environment - this position reports to the Production Manager.
Pay: $18-20 DOE
Shift/Hours: 4-10s: M-Th 7a - 5:30p OT available
? Responsibilities
- Contribute to modular construction in a factory setting
- Cut and measure wood to create kits for walls and floors/ceilings
- Perform tasks such as laying insulation, cleaning windows, painting
- Maintain a positive attitude and team-focused mindset
- Perform tasks as assigned by leadership
- Ability to use hand, power, and pneumatic tools
- Able to read a tape measure to 1/16"
- Strong problem-solving and self-starting abilities
- Passion for innovation and process improvement
- 2+ years Construction experience preferred
- 4-day workweeks

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
