Overview

The nature of the work is focused on the appearance of product, communications, or collateral materials.

Responsibilities

• Work with Graphic Designers that create the design but assemble the schematics of the design to be sent to factories for production.
• Assist with ideation, concept development, and branding.
• Lead team projects and work independently to complete individual projects. Projects include, but are not limited to, the development of print, packaging, 3-D retail displays, event signage, logo systems, imagery, video, and collateral materials.
• Effectively use computerized systems in the design process. Adobe Suite.
• Project Management - Work with functional teams from initial concept development to final production and distribution. Manage timelines, briefings, work-back schedules, budgets, supplier coordination, reviewing specs, production alternatives, and maintaining quality production standards.
• Cost Control - Manage individual projects as well as groups of projects to stay within stated budgets. Estimate all aspects of project development.
• Client Liaison - Act as a liaison among managers (Image Design, Marketing, product design, etc.) and outside agencies. Communicate project details, design requirements, scheduling needs, and graphic materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree and minimum of 5 years directly relevant work experience. If no bachelors, looking for 7-8 years of experience.
• Must be proficient in Adobe Suite.
• Previous experience a plus but if not, experience with other sportswear companies is nice to have.
• Experience working in screen print is also nice to have but not required.
• CLO 3D fashion design software is nice to have.
• Efficient on Mac laptop and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communications, working with Graphic designers and factory partners.
• Passion for Sportswear and streetwear is required.
