Overview
Graphic Designer / Marketing Coordinator opportunity with MWH Constructors, a global leader in heavy civil construction of water and wastewater facilities. The role can be based in Broomfield, CO or Phoenix, AZ.
Responsibilities
- Create and prepare graphics, images, and other visual elements for layouts for proposals and external marketing items as well as internal communications and templates.
- Oversee production of printed documents to ensure high quality deliverables.
- Work closely with presentation teams to create graphics, images, and other visual elements for PowerPoint presentations, display boards, and other collateral as needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop, maintain and improve MWH’s digital and social media presence by creating engaging content and supporting marketing efforts.
- Develop and manage content for advertisements as needed.
- Organize and maintain digital assets (photos, graphics, indd/pdf files, fonts, templates, custom libraries, etc.).
- Support conference and tradeshow participation and sponsorships, including designing, ordering, and managing content for booths, pop-ups, boards, posters, presentations, collateral materials, promotional giveaways, etc.
- Support project and company award submittals, including content and graphic development to meet required deadlines.
Basic Qualifications
- Must submit a resume and an online portfolio to be considered.
- At least 3 years of experience producing document layouts (50+ pages), templates, marketing materials, and graphics using Adobe Creative Cloud products and Microsoft Office.
- A 4-year degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Expert in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, PowerBI, etc.).
- Must be a detail-oriented team-player with the ability to multitask.
- Must be able to produce high-quality deliverables under strict deadlines.
- Savvy with social media, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.
- Prior experience with print production (tabs, full-bleed pages, wrapped binders, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication, outgoing and articulate in-person and on the phone.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction (A/E/C) industry.
- Experience with the creation of interactive media and graphics for online content.
- Experience with web design to be able to make changes and revisions to our website (using WordPress+).

Compensation
- The anticipated compensation for this position is $60,000- $85,000/yr depending on previous experience.
