Overview

Jones Creek Apparel is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer/Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll design and prepare artwork for screen printing, embroidery, and other custom apparel projects. The ideal candidate combines strong design skills and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and edit artwork for screen printing, embroidery, and promotional products.
• Prepare customer logos and designs for production, including vectorizing and color separations.
• Communicate with customers to develop digital proofs and ensure artwork approval before production.
• Collaborate with sales and production teams to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy.
• Maintain organized digital artwork files and records.
• Ensure all designs meet production requirements for registration, resolution, and color matching.
• Stay current on design trends, print techniques, and apparel styles.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and related design software.
• Strong understanding of vector art, color separations, and print setup.
• Experience in screen printing or apparel design preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

• 1–3 years of graphic design experience in a screen printing, embroidery, or print shop setting.
• Familiarity with RIP software, DTG/DTF file preparation, and Pantone color matching.
• Experience working directly with clients or sales teams on design refinement.
