Entry-Level Human Resources Coordinator
Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Entry-Level HR Coordinator to support our high-volume, multi-shift operation in Indiana. This role is ideal for candidates with 1–3 years of HR experience who are ready to take on administrative responsibilities and contribute to employee relations, compliance, and performance management. The position is temp-to-perm, based on performance, and requires a high level of confidentiality and a “jump in and do” attitude.

Compensation: $32.00 – $35.00 Depending on Experience

Day-to-Day Tasks
Coordinate orientation and onboarding processes for new hires.
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
Support HR administrative tasks and maintain accurate documentation.
Assist with HRIS system updates and reporting.
Collaborate with HR Managers and business leaders on staffing and employee matters.
Typical Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to identify staffing needs.
Facilitate proper introductions to leadership teams and work groups.
Mediate workplace conflicts and support resolution strategies.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
Support audits, reporting requirements, and workforce planning initiatives.
Assist in implementing performance review processes and training programs.
Qualifications
1 to 3 years of experience in Human Resources or related field.
Strong understanding of labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proactive and adaptable with a team-oriented mindset.
Bilingual in English and Spanish or Creole is a plus.
Availability to support a 7-day operation across 4 shifts.
Pay Details: $32.00 to $35.00 per hour
