Customer Service Specialist – Contract to Hire (Onsite, Indianapolis)
Pay: $22/hr | M-F Day Shift
We’re looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our client’s team in Indianapolis. This is a fully onsite, contract-to-hire role with the opportunity to move to a hybrid schedule once you’re brought on permanently.
In this role, you’ll support the team by handling administrative tasks and helping customers set up and maintain accurate trade credit accounts. You’ll be entering new customer info, updating existing accounts, and working closely with sales operations to make sure everything runs smoothly. You’ll also help process payments and jump in to resolve any account or invoicing issues that pop up.

Pay Details: $21.00 to $22.00 per hour
