Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide comprehensive primary care as a solo provider in a rural FQHC
- Deliver care to complex patient demographics, including those who do not primarily speak English
- Manage a broad range of acute and chronic health conditions across the lifespan
- Utilize Epic as the EMR system for all patient documentation
- Ensure high standards of patient safety and quality of care
- Participate in shadowing and onboarding activities while credentialing and insurance enrollment are in process
- Demonstrate prior experience in rural health settings as requested by the client
Additional Information
- Minimum 5 years of primary care experience required
- Must have active Oregon licensure with no pending malpractice cases
- Prior rural health experience is strongly preferred and should be highlighted in your application
- Ability to work independently as the sole provider in a rural environment
