Overview
Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst for a Contract with a client in Plano, TX. The ideal candidate will create user stories from product roadmaps and collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure complete testing coverage and defect resolution.
Rate
Rate Range: $45/hour to $49/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Responsibilities
- Elicit and document business requirements by engaging with stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for technical teams.
- Analyze and improve business processes through data-driven insights and workflow optimization.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure solutions align with business goals and are thoroughly tested.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful implementation of new features or systems.
- Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- 6–8 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within the banking or auto finance domain.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodology with hands-on experience in sprint ceremonies and backlog grooming.
- Proven ability to create user stories, collaborate with development and QA teams, and lead end-to-end testing and defect resolution.

Pay Details
Pay: $45.00 to $49.00 per hour
