ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in October 2016 and currently have a team of six. I got my start in the insurance world right out of college, working for another agent. Seeing how he built and grew his business inspired me to take the leap and build something of my own.

Im a Georgia Southern graduate and a proud dad of three girlsfive-year-old twins and a two-year-old. I also have a dog and live right here in the community we serve. When Im not in the office, youll find me outdoorsrunning, camping, hunting, or fishing.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Tyler Hood - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide information about insurance products and services. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. QUALIFICATIONS: Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
