, you’ll provide friendly, efficient service while preparing and serving food and beverages in a fast-casual setting. You’ll ensure the bistro area is clean, well-stocked, and inviting, creating a welcoming environment for every guest. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys guest interaction, multitasking, and delivering consistent quality with a positive attitude. Key Responsibilities
You will be the friendly face of our hotel's bistro, providing excellent service and ensuring guests have a delightful dining experience. Your daily tasks will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. You will report to the Bistro Supervisor or Bistro Manager. A career as a bistro attendant can lead to opportunities in various roles within the hospitality industry, such as server, bartender, or even food and beverage management positions. Education & Experience
Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have: No educational minimum is required Previous experience in a similar or related position What You’ll Need to Succeed
Eligible to work in the United States Sufficient education and/or literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs. Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed A warm, professional demeanor that reflects HVMG’s
