Our platform is purpose-built for the way tasting rooms, clubs, and online sales really work. We’re looking for a Brand Manager to elevate how our story is told, experienced, and remembered across every channel. This role sits at the intersection of creative direction, web experience, and content strategy, shaping how the beverage alcohol industry connects with the OrderPort brand.

The Role As Brand Manager, you’ll own the creative voice and visual identity of OrderPort — driving consistent, high-impact storytelling across our website, campaigns, and partner communications. This position is ideal for a marketer who thrives at the crossroads of design, storytelling, and performance marketing — someone equally comfortable developing strategy and executing creative work.

What You’ll Do Brand Strategy & Positioning

Own and evolve the OrderPort brand identity across all digital and physical materials.

Maintain and refine the Brand Guide (logo usage, color palette, typography, iconography).

Align brand and product storytelling across all verticals (wine, cider, brewery, spirits, mead).

Develop clear messaging frameworks supporting local and national campaigns.

Web & Digital Experience

Lead all aspects of OrderPort’s web presence and digital experience.

Collaborate with internal teams and developers to optimize UX and conversion paths.

Oversee website visuals, landing pages, blogs, and partner pages for consistency and performance.

Manage A/B testing, analytics, SEO/SEM, and paid media alignment.

Content & Campaigns

Build and manage a robust content engine for inbound, nurture, and brand awareness.

Lead the editorial calendar across web, video, and social channels.

Write and edit compelling brand stories from blogs and white papers to videos and webinars.

Collaborate on high-visibility campaigns.

Advertising & Demand Support

Create and manage ads for LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and industry media.

Partner with Demand Generation to execute cohesive, data-driven campaigns.

Develop ad copy, creative briefs, and visuals for partner initiatives.

Support industry events and trade shows with branded visuals and digital strategies.

Brand Analytics

Track and report on web traffic, ad performance, and engagement KPIs.

Deliver monthly brand performance insights to the VP of Marketing and leadership team.

Use data to inform creative decisions and continuously improve brand storytelling.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field (advanced degree preferred).

5+ years of experience in brand management, creative marketing, or web design for SaaS, B2B, or tech companies.

Proven success leading brand strategy, website design, and ad campaigns in a growth-stage environment.

Experience within the wine or craft beverage industry strongly preferred.

Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CMS platforms.

Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, GA4, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

Strong copywriting, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
