Position Overview OrderPort is seeking a Brand Manager to elevate how our story is told, experienced, and remembered across every channel. This role sits at the center of creative direction, web experience, and content strategy, shaping how the beverage alcohol industry connects with the OrderPort brand.
The Brand Manager will drive cohesive brand expression across our website, digital advertising, content ecosystem, and partner communications, ensuring every visual and written touchpoint reflects our mission: to empower craft beverage producers through connected, purpose-built technology.
The ideal candidate blends strategic thinking with hands‑on creative execution. They’re as comfortable developing a campaign strategy as they are overseeing page layouts, writing headlines, managing photo shoots, or refining a landing page for conversion. This role is perfect for a dynamic marketer who thrives at the intersection of design, storytelling, and performance marketing and who understands how to turn a SaaS product into a beloved, trusted brand.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
Own the OrderPort brand identity, ensuring consistent tone, visuals, and storytelling across all digital and physical materials.
Collaborate with leadership to evolve the brand narrative, aligning with our vision of Your Winery, Your Platform.
Manage and refine the OrderPort Brand Guide, including logo usage, color palette, typography, iconography, and design standards.
Maintain alignment between brand and product storytelling across verticals (wine, cider, brewery, spirits, mead).
Develop key messaging frameworks that support localized and national campaigns.
2. Web Design & Digital Experience
Lead all aspects of OrderPort’s website presence.
Partner with internal teams and developers to enhance conversion paths (demo requests, webinar, …)
Maintain visual and functional consistency across landing pages, blog posts, and partner pages.
Oversee A/B testing and performance analytics, improving site engagement and lead quality.
Collaborate with design and content teams to create high‑impact visuals and copy for web, blog, and partner assets.
Ensure SEO/SEM best practices and coordinate web content with paid media campaigns.
3. Content Creation & Campaign Development
Build and manage a robust content engine supporting inbound, nurture, and awareness initiatives.
Create and oversee the editorial calendar for web, blog, video, and social content in partnership with the VP of Marketing and the Social Media Manager.
Develop compelling brand stories through blogs, white papers, case studies, eBooks, webinars, videos, and infographics.
Craft content aligned with major initiatives (Holiday Playbook, Bootcamp Series, Partner Spotlights, Modern Wine Clubs, etc.).
Write and edit marketing copy that aligns with our tone: professional, insightful, supportive, and human.
Ensure all content supports SEO strategy, campaign objectives, and cross‑department alignment.
4. Advertising, Campaigns & Demand Support
Manage creative and messaging for paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta, and industry media outlets.
Partner with the Demand Generation team to create cohesive, multi‑channel campaigns.
Develop ad copy, creative briefs, and visuals for product and partner campaigns (e.g., Affim, Stripe, Copper Peak, Enolytics, Left Coast Marketing).
Optimize campaigns for performance through testing, iteration, and data analysis.
Support industry events and trade shows with branded materials, hero visuals, and digital advertising strategies.
5. Brand Performance & Analytics
Monitor and report on brand engagement, web analytics, and campaign effectiveness.
Track KPIs including web traffic, demo conversions, ad performance, and content engagement.
Use data to inform creative strategy and content optimization.
Deliver monthly brand performance summaries to the VP of Marketing and leadership team.
Stay current on SaaS and wine industry trends, ensuring OrderPort’s brand remains relevant, innovative, and credible.
Qualifications Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field; advanced degree or certification preferred.
5+ years of experience in brand management, creative marketing, or web design for a SaaS, B2B, or tech company.
Proven success leading brand strategy, web design, and advertising campaigns in a growth‑stage environment.
Experience within the wine or beverage alcohol industry is a strong plus.
Technical Skills
Proficiency with HubSpot, WordPress, or similar CMS platforms.
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, XD) and Figma.
Understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Strong copywriting, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
Experience with A/B testing, conversion optimization, and marketing automation workflows.
