How You Will Contribute
Identify prospects and develop customized sales strategies.
Maintain a strong new business pipeline.
Build relationships with decision‑makers at prospective clients.
Pursue cross‑selling opportunities among existing clients.
Obtain referral leads from existing clients.
Lead and participate in civic and professional associations.
Design individual prospect sales strategies and unique prospect programs.
Collaborate with the service team for seamless client onboarding and retention.
Licenses And Certifications
Valid Driver's License
2-20 Florida P&C License (or willingness to obtain within 60 days of employment)
Skills & Experience To Be Successful
Bachelor's Degree Highly Preferred
3+ years of successful consumer Personal Lines P&C sales experience
Experience cold calling and developing leads
Routine or periodic travel required; must maintain acceptable insurance coverages and a Motor Vehicle Record report
