DURATION: 5 months
RATE RANGE: $45-$65/hr

Job Description:
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide executive and organizational support to senior leaders within the WWFO organization. The ideal candidate is someone who has a passion for making leaders and organizations better – through relationships, collaboration, and keeping things running with great process.
This position requires someone who is organized, has excellent communication skills; shows initiative, and drive; and has the ability to set priorities and balance multiple tasks simultaneously with little direction. To be successful, you will anticipate and remove administrative roadblocks; make timely decisions; have strong planning and interpersonal skills and have experience supporting domestic and international employees while the ability to accommodate flexible work schedules based on the needs of the department.
What you'll be doing Provide dedicated administrative support to three Executives and assist extended leadership team as needed in the WWFO organization
Planning, organizing, and managing multiple calendars with appropriate attention to detail and confidentiality
Coordinate all meetings, special events such as off-sites, celebrations, and team-building activities
Coordinate all travel arrangements and itineraries; negotiate the best rates with vendors and travel agents
Managing and reconciling expense reports and purchase requisitions submissions
Develop and manage meeting agendas, cadence activities, communications
Ability to take detailed meeting minutes, identify and track action items and follow-ups as needed
Coordinate and manage content collection and contribution for presentations, meetings, and communications
Manage special projects for and with Executives
Provide backup support for other executive administrators
Qualifications 12+ years of experience working at an Executive Assistant level supporting senior leadership
B.S./B.A degree or equivalent experience
Exhibits confidence, composure and professionalism in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrates strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
Expert knowledge of Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Google Suite applications
Team player with a positive attitude
Ability to work independently and proactively
Ways to stand out from the crowd Flexibility and the ability to change directions quickly
Ability to take initiative and exercise good judgment, discretion, and confidentiality in all tasks
Excellent communication skills
Ability to learn/adopt new technologies and processes

Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate or annual salary only, unless otherwise stated.
