TECHOHANA is hiring: Salesforce Project Manager in San Francisco

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead end-to-end Salesforce initiatives for a leading manufacturing company in San Francisco. This role will be on-site, managing the delivery of Salesforce projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate brings strong Salesforce platform knowledge, project management expertise, and the ability to drive successful implementations in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end Salesforce project delivery, from requirements gathering through deployment and post-go-live support.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project execution.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
• Lead status meetings, stakeholder updates, and executive reporting, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, governance, and compliance standards.
• Identify project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and admins to ensure technical solutions meet business needs.
• Drive change management, training, and adoption strategies for end users.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience with at least 3+ years leading Salesforce projects.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related products.
• Proven experience in enterprise-level Salesforce implementations within complex organizations.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies; experience leading projects in hybrid environments.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, PMP, or Scrum Master are a plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be available to work on-site in San Francisco full-time.
