This role demands creative leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage end-to-end execution of brand, web, and campaign design. You’ll Thrive Here If You... Love concepting and executing best-in-class visual work Have experience working in an agency or fast-paced creative environment Understand branding, digital platforms, and campaign strategies Work fast and clean—while keeping an eye on the big idea Can confidently present and explain design thinking to clients and internal teams Bring a positive, collaborative attitude every day Responsibilities Full website and landing page design Social campaigns and assets Brand identities and collateral Sales presentations and proposals Print design Email marketing Animated and motion content Creative for marketing automation platforms and digital ads What You’ll Need Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Strong grasp of layout, typography, and visual communication Experience designing for web, digital, and print Solid understanding of UX/UI principles Ability to leverage AI-driven tools in the creative process Excellent proofing skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and feedback loops Great communication skills—written, verbal, and visual Passion for emerging trends, technology, and digital culture Experience & Education 5+ years of design experience (agency preferred) Proven ability to create and follow brand guidelines Experience designing for platforms like WordPress and marketing automation tools Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design or related field Perks & Culture Work with best-in-class platforms and creative tools 10 holidays + 10 PTO days Healthcare coverage (medical, dental, vision) Design-forward, creative office with: Arcade games Espresso/coffee bar Full kitchen Snacks & treats Relaxed hangout spaces Office located just off Stemmons Fwy near the Dallas Medical District Ready to Design What’s Next?
