Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients of all ages
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Perform routine exams, preventive screenings, and annual wellness visits
- Deliver women's health services, including pap smears and contraceptive management
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging as needed
- Coordinate care with dental, behavioral health, and specialty providers
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Participate in care team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and patient education efforts
Additional Information
- Must hold a valid California license and DEA certification
- Board certification in Family Medicine required
- Prior outpatient clinical experience preferred, ideally in a rural or community health setting
- Comfortable managing patients of all ages and coordinating care within an integrated medical team
