Overview

This client located in Gibsonburg, OH is looking for an HR Generalist to join their team.

Base pay range

$50,000.00/yr - $55,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Recruiting and onboarding for open positions
• Respond to employee inquiries and employee relations issues
• Management of LOA administration and workers’ compensation
• Training, offboarding, maintaining safety records, etc.
• Maintain employee information and changes in ADP HRIS

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or at least 2 years of progressive HR experience
• ADP WFN required
• Bilingual English/Spanish highly desired
• This position is fully onsite

Salary: $50-$50k
