Overview
Insight Global is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to support our client’s corporate headquarters in Anaheim and their hotel property in Costa Mesa. This role will be split between the two locations, with a focus on providing comprehensive HR support across both corporate and hospitality environments. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, people-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-oriented setting.
Work Schedule
- 2 days/week at the corporate HQ in Anaheim, CA
- 3 days/week at the hotel property in Costa Mesa, CA
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR point of contact for both corporate and hotel staff.
- Support employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Administer HR policies and procedures consistently across both sites.
- Partner with department managers to support workforce planning and employee engagement.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
- Support payroll and benefits administration as needed.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
- Previous experience in the hospitality or hotel industry strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of California labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently across multiple locations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, etc.).
