Starting pay rate of $21.75/hr
Earn an additional $2.00 for weekend shifts plus performance-based incentives
Schedules start at 9 AM with typical shifts lasting 11 hours over a 5-day work week

What it means to be part of the Selector Team: In this dynamic role, you will be viewed as an industrial athlete. You will be at the heart of our operations, accurately and efficiently pulling customer orders within the warehouse. This position requires strategic thinking and keen attention to detail as you palletize orders, ensuring they make it to their correct destinations. You will operate motorized equipment, including Electric Pallet Jacks, while safely and effectively managing product movement. Job Responsibilities: Operate a double pallet jack throughout the warehouse Identify pick locations and accurately select various food and beverage cases, stacking them onto pallets Meet order selection performance standards regarding speed and accuracy while minimizing damage Safely handle and prepare items for shipping, including shrink-wrapping and labeling orders Report safety issues to supervisors immediately and help maintain a clean work area Inspect and ensure all equipment is safe to use Job Requirements: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required Must be at least 18 years old Commitment to attendance and work schedule adherence Ability to work in varying temperature environments Good judgment is critical, especially during times of minimal supervision Work Environment: This role requires all duties to be performed at one of our UNFI locations, such as a distribution center Physical Environment/Demands: Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and frequently stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist, and turn Exposure to temperatures that may range from -20 to 35 degrees Fahrenheit in Perishable Operations and 37 to 90 degrees Fahrenheit in Grocery Operations Capacity for repetitious arm, wrist, and hand movements as required for maintenance and service procedures Ability to work with hands and arms overhead, along with working in or under equipment Requires manual dexterity, coordination, and balance to perform job duties both at ground level and in high areas Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus About UNFI:
